About me
Antonia Somerhalder. That’s me!
I am 30 years old and work full-time in HR management. Besides that, I am passionated about everything related to nutrition, fitness and healthy habits.
My fitness journey began in 2016 after being inspired by a bodybuilding documentary on TV. Ambitious and focused, I hired a coach that same year to turn my goals into a concrete plan. After six years competing in bikini fitness shows, winning the title of German Champion, and achieving my first international win, I closed that chapter in 2022 with joy and satisfaction.
Today, I still follow ambitious training goals, but now I try to fit them into my life in a healthy and balanced way. My passion for sport, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle remains stronger than ever, and I’m thrilled to share my experience and guide others on their own fitness journeys.
